Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case of order cancellation, please request cancellation before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products including Belts, Wallets, and Bags.
  2. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Color, size, or design mismatch
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused and unworn.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging with tags and accessories (if any) intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, folds, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Customized, personalized, or engraved products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
